Create Design spec based on Product Requirement
Implement the design using concept schematic capture
Work with CAD designer, Mechanical & thermal engineer for layout
Create Unit test plan
Bring up/debug prototype boards
Complete all Hardware qualification testing
Debug any field return Hardware

Optics: 10G, 40G and 100G
10/40/100GE PHY device/Framer
PCIe Gen1, 2, & 3
1GE/10GE switch
