• Create Design spec based on Product Requirement
• Implement the design using concept schematic capture
• Work with CAD designer, Mechanical & thermal engineer for layout
• Create Unit test plan
• Bring up/debug prototype boards
• Complete all Hardware qualification testing
• Debug any field return Hardware
