Scrum Master

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project management and Scrum Master
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles and practices.
• Good skills and knowledge of situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Responsible for running the scrum meetings.
• Responsible for working with the team and ensure the delivery is made on time.
• Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
• Guiding the team on identifying and bridging gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team.
• Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.
• Knowledge of Kanban is an added advantage.
• Working with the team to resolve the challenges.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication and improving transparency.
• Supporting the Product Owner with complete transparency and help to maintain the product backlog.
