Under the general direction of the Dean of Access and Advising, the Enrollment & Financial Aid Specialist 2 coordinates Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) program services applying an equity lens. This position works in the division of Students, Equity and Success in the areas of student recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts in partnership with the Outreach and Recruitment, Communications and Marketing, Enrollment Services & Financial Aid, Advising, and other areas providing direct service. This position supports the Dean in planning and organizing SEM efforts using knowledge of student intake, aid, career exploration, and opportunity gaps in education to identify and implement programming to increase enrollment and retention.
