Law Clerk

• the expertise necessary to review and process responsive records received from the USAOs for FOIA cases received at the EOUSA FOIA/PA office
• conduct research locating and processing FOIA related documents,
• processing backlogged FOIA cases and answering status inquiries,
• identifying and closing specific cases,
• handling status calls and conducting database searches.

Education:

• MUST possess a J.D. Degree and be an active member of the bar*(any jurisdiction)- Include bar membership information.
•  

Certification:

• Have FOIA and Privacy Act experience serving as/or advising counsel on FOIA litigation.
• Familiarity with electronic case management and document processing software.
