Job Description:
- the expertise necessary to review and process responsive records received from the USAOs for FOIA cases received at the EOUSA FOIA/PA office
- conduct research locating and processing FOIA related documents,
- processing backlogged FOIA cases and answering status inquiries,
- identifying and closing specific cases,
- handling status calls and conducting database searches.
Education:
- MUST possess a J.D. Degree and be an active member of the bar*(any jurisdiction)- Include bar membership information.

Certification:
- Have FOIA and Privacy Act experience serving as/or advising counsel on FOIA litigation.
- Familiarity with electronic case management and document processing software.
