Additional duties & Responsibilities:

• Position serves as escalation point for customer or vendor requests
• Assist in supporting the Sales VP and initiatives to improve sales performance utilizing thought leadership and best practices from previous experiences
• Consult with sales while contract negotiations are being conducted; Position is expected to provide advice on rectifying past customer-specific practices that are inefficient and replacing them with best practices for service order management
• Read, understand and interpret contractual agreements between NCR and our customer;
• Simplifying end-to-end order fulfillment processes, taking into account country-specific requirements (both market-driven and legal/statutory), reducing excess capacity and reallocating resources accordingly, accelerating the utilization of sales tools; on-going resource alignment and right-sizing, resulting in America’s operational efficiency and excellence

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience, including an understanding of GAAP Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Objects, Oracle HFM
• Acts as key interface between sales and Product Mgt, addressing ad hoc questions
• Manages ongoing resolution to identified functionality gaps
• Develops competitive materials, tools to support messages, collateral, and deployment for use by sales teams.
• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of related experience
