Additional duties & Responsibilities:
- Position serves as escalation point for customer or vendor requests
- Assist in supporting the Sales VP and initiatives to improve sales performance utilizing thought leadership and best practices from previous experiences
- Consult with sales while contract negotiations are being conducted; Position is expected to provide advice on rectifying past customer-specific practices that are inefficient and replacing them with best practices for service order management
- Read, understand and interpret contractual agreements between NCR and our customer;
- Simplifying end-to-end order fulfillment processes, taking into account country-specific requirements (both market-driven and legal/statutory), reducing excess capacity and reallocating resources accordingly, accelerating the utilization of sales tools; on-going resource alignment and right-sizing, resulting in America’s operational efficiency and excellence
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience, including an understanding of GAAP Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Objects, Oracle HFM
- Acts as key interface between sales and Product Mgt, addressing ad hoc questions
- Manages ongoing resolution to identified functionality gaps
- Develops competitive materials, tools to support messages, collateral, and deployment for use by sales teams.
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of related experience
