Credit Analyst

• Credit analysis – perform loan reviews, analyze operating statements, and recommend risk ratings
• Monitor loan performance – assessment of payment trends, covenant compliance, tax/insurance payments, collateral analysis and review
• Request and analyze borrower financial statements, including tax returns, income statements, personal financial statements, statement of real estate owned. Prepare global cash flow analysis when applicable.
• Prepare & manage third party report ordering and intake for Commercial Real Estate transactions.
• Provide support in ensuring applicable credit policies, procedures, and process maps are accurate and updated appropriately
• Perform property inspections
• Assist during internal and external audits, as needed
• Serve as project support and project lead on various strategic, operational, and/or credit related initiatives
• Complete all requirements of Credit Training Program and demonstrate thorough understanding of all key concepts
• Become knowledgeable in key concepts including banking, regulatory requirements, Commercial Real Estate products, credit, and bank tools
   

• Attention to detail

• 3 Years of Portfolio Management & Underwriting prefered
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate transactions
• Experience with Risk Rating CRE loans
• Professionalism
• Excel proficiency
   

To be considered for the role the minimum requirements are:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-4 years experience in Commercial Real Estate lending
• 2-3 years of underwriting or portfolio management experience
• Familiarity with risk rating CRE loans
