Call Center Representative

Qualifications necessary to the role:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least [x] years of previous call center experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with computers, including basic software like Microsoft Office.
• The ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
• Take incoming calls promptly while maintaining a friendly attitude, and adhering to the company's customer service standards.

Job Duties:

• Answer any customer inquiries, and address any issues they have, either by guiding them through the appropriate solution, or referring them to the appropriate department.
• Stay updated on company policies, products, and services
• Record customer data on your computer to ensure that the company has accurate customer information.
• Be patient and encouraging with customers regardless of their issue in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
