Qualifications necessary to the role:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least [x] years of previous call center experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with computers, including basic software like Microsoft Office.
- The ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
- Take incoming calls promptly while maintaining a friendly attitude, and adhering to the company's customer service standards.
Job Duties:
- Answer any customer inquiries, and address any issues they have, either by guiding them through the appropriate solution, or referring them to the appropriate department.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services
- Record customer data on your computer to ensure that the company has accurate customer information.
- Be patient and encouraging with customers regardless of their issue in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
