Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with customers to determine their daily shipping needs
• Communicate any transit or shipping issues with customers
• Identify and immediately resolve customer issues with sense of urgency
• Create Solutions and provide options for customer’s needs
• Complete all administrative tasks to ensure 100% customer Satisfaction
• Order Entry
• Scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments
• Tracking and tracing of shipments
• Work as liaison between KLLM Operations Team and customer


•  

• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Conflict management skills
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results
• Perform with a sense of urgency
• Willing to learn
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude
