Job Responsibilities
- Maintain contact with customers to determine their daily shipping needs
- Communicate any transit or shipping issues with customers
- Identify and immediately resolve customer issues with sense of urgency
- Create Solutions and provide options for customer’s needs
- Complete all administrative tasks to ensure 100% customer Satisfaction
- Order Entry
- Scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments
- Tracking and tracing of shipments
- Work as liaison between KLLM Operations Team and customer

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Conflict management skills
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results
- Perform with a sense of urgency
- Willing to learn
