Job Description:

West Palm Beach based Construction Company is looking to hire a Bookkeeper on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Maintain construction budgets
Prepare construction draws for funding by clients
Complete AIA, G702 & 703 pay applications and certifications
Invoice clients, receive and process client payments
Prepare bank deposits
Complete bank reconciliations
Reconcile vendor invoices and statements, credit card charges
Coordinate accounts payable, including processing and payment of invoices
Prepare lien releases for sub-contractor payments

Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience
QuickBooks experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Exce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary is $50,000
