West Palm Beach based Construction Company is looking to hire a Bookkeeper on a permanent, full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain construction budgets
- Prepare construction draws for funding by clients
- Complete AIA, G702 & 703 pay applications and certifications
- Invoice clients, receive and process client payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Reconcile vendor invoices and statements, credit card charges
- Coordinate accounts payable, including processing and payment of invoices
- Prepare lien releases for sub-contractor payments
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Exce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
