Account Management Associate

We are looking for someone to cross train in the areas of marketing, sales, team development and management. There is full paid training, and after someone is fully trained, we will expect for someone to be confident giving presentations and representing our clients on a daily basis. Ultimately what we are looking for someone to be in a management position in the next year. 

In the entry-level, the position would include responsibilities such as: 
 

• New client acquisition through face to face presentations with leads
• Client-relations and retention
• Training and development of other sales reps
• Reporting of sales stats and results
• Territory management
• Some sales-support or administrative responsibilities 

We are looking for someone that is very people-oriented and capable of building genuine relationships with our clients, customers, and with his or her peers in order to be an effective manager in the long run.
