Job description
The solid surface fabricator is responsible for constructing countertops per shop drawing specifications with accuracy and speed for an established commercial cabinetry company.
Essential Duties
- Understand architectural blueprints and specifications
- Knowledgeable of materials, methods, and tools involved in fabrication and installation
- Must be able to travel to construction work sites to install/ touchup
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Cabinet countertop fabrication and Millwork experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to safely lift heavy solid surfaces
- Knowledge of building codes and architectural terminology
- Self-starter, able to work individually as well as in a team
- Good driving record for onsite travel
- Monday – Friday from 7am – 4pm, willing to work overtime when necessary
