Consilium is looking for a Healthcare Sales Representativemust that will be able to create and cultivate functional partnerships with healthcare facilities and Consilium team members. The ideal candidate has a superior work ethic, a competitive spirit, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a passion for finding creative solutions to real-world problems.
Seeking:
- Strong sales mindset, ability to generate and secure potential contracts

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Phone sales experience (helpful for this role, but not required)
Your Day-to-Day
- Consult with healthcare facilities on staffing needs, generate new leads
- Negotiate initial contracts with healthcare facilities
- Document all facility interactions, schedule follow-up communication
- Partner with Recruiting and Account Management to source under-staffed facilities and connect them with available physicians
- Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare facilities searching for providers
