Partners with managers and employees at various levels to provide human resources support and solutions.
Works in conjunction with senior human resources business partner of business group.
Partners with central recruiting team to guide selection process with assigned areas.
Consults managers as they handle performance issues and talent development needs.
Supports HR leadership team with research, project support, reporting/analytics, and champion HR initiatives.
Provides HR orientation and facilitates other HR training sessions as needed.
Delegates tasks to others and oversee performance of HR support team.
Requirements
A Bachelor Degree in Business is required.
2+ years relevant HR Generalist experience.
Experience in recruiting, staffing, and employee relations.
Experience in an Industrial setting…Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.
Working knowledge of employment law, AAP, performance management practices, and employee relations practices.
Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS).
Knowledge and application of current HR trends, best practices and compliance issues.
