Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and input customer reservations into our reservation system.
- Make daily calls to customers to confirm their upcoming reservations
- Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant
- Seat customers accordingly
- Bus tables and assist in keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
- Refill paper products in bathrooms, as needed
- Help waitstaff by getting water for customers,
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant experience, preferred
- Able to answer a multi line office telephone
- Keen attention to detail in order to track guest reservations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Experience with electronic reservation system
- Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
- Able to work a variety of shifts
- Able to stand for long periods of time
