Current Need: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our office located at (2 National Data Plaza NE, Atlanta, GA 30329) supporting the General Counsel Organization (GCO) business unit.

Minimum Requirements
4 + years providing consecutive, high level administrative support to corporate teams. Experience in law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
Operating hours are
Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (various shifts available). Work schedule will be determined by business needs. There may be times you will need to work a different schedule to meet business needs. Some weekend shifts may also be required.
This role will provide high level administrative and operational support to the Stock Plan team within the General Counsel Organization with the ability to be a true partner and gatekeeper for the team.
Position Description
- Responsible for heavy calendaring, scheduling cross-functional, multi-person and multi-time zone meetings and being the point person for scheduling availability
- Organizes domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepares and processes expense reports, may review expense reports submitted to the department by direct reports team members
- Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties\\
- Manages team databases
- Contacts company personnel at all levels to gather information and prepare reports
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of team and outside individuals
- Prepares PowerPoint presentation materials
- Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
- Manages special projects on behalf of the department
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Other duties as assigned

Education
