As Workday customer #43, we’re looking to add another dynamic technical consultant to our experienced team. In this role you’ll be reviewing, analyzing and evaluating the Workday functionality. You’ll drive system design, development, maintenance, and support for our Talent Management Team. You’ll have the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and as a member of an innovative results driven team- that still likes to have fun.
If you have successful and proven experience consulting with customers, outlining requirements, project management, configuration and full stage implementation- this could be your next job!
Here’s what we’re looking for:
•College degree required
•Technical – Workday Configuration, Microsoft Office (Proficient in the following: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), may require knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server Database, DB2, Web application security, and VBA
•Solid knowledge of Workday HCM related modules, thorough understanding of system architecture, business process framework, security, hierarchies, supervisory organizations, custom organizations, and positions
•Influencing and Consultation skills
•Superior analytical/problem solving skills, effective project management skills, ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees, ability to meet established deadlines with quality output
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, and initiative to improve processes
•Results oriented and a team contributor
Position can be filled in St. Louis or Kansas City.
