Perfect opportunity with a Top Law firm who is looking for an experienced Word Processing Supervisor.
 

The Word Processing Supervisor must have an attention for detail, be a fast learner, be able to multi-task and have experience with:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Five years administrative/related technical experience
  • Experience with an OCR conversion software
  • Ability to troubleshoot documents
  • Create and revise complex legal documents while complying to formatting guidelines and departmental best practices
  • Law firm experience preferred
