Web Production Manager - deliverables

• Facilitate and track activity for assigned sites, ensuring on time delivery of deliverables.
• Communicate with Production team and PM partners
• Track status of current in scope projects
• Assist with new project onboarding
• Help prioritize project list and develop workback schedules with milestones when necessary
• Identify timing conflicts or competing priorities that could jeopardize on-time project delivery. Highlight these risks as early as possible and communicate them within the site specific team.
• Continually search for opportunities to improve efficiency through process, tools, communications

• Management of Enterprise level websites (Specific Microsoft and/or MSCOM Experience preferred)
• Project management background, including ability to work independently to keep projects on track
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Proficiency with VSO/ADO
• Excellent time management skills
• Troubleshooting Websites
• Must have full or nearly full 18/6 eligibility
