At iteach, we are looking for a team player who “geeks out” on building beautiful websites and creating awesome designs. If you know how to use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and WordPress, this could be a dream job for you. This role requires hard work, creativity, and drive, but for the right person, it will also be a lot of fun.

At iteach, we are growing rapidly and looking for someone who is an excellent designer who has experience creating social media ads, billboards, brochures, and catalogs, but who can also update a website that uses WordPress. And if you happen to know CSS/HTML, that’s a nice bonus!

Position Description

This is a full-time, individual contributor position responsible for defining, pursuing, and executing web and graphic design to drive growth for iteach.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, create and optimize marketing websites to drive customer acquisition and grow lifetime value. Meshing with and adding value to the team.

Specific Responsibilities of the Job

• Responsible for the management of website design, content, as well as lead magnet updates, design, and other graphic design duties.
• Develops messaging that tells the brand story and compels the audience to take appropriate action.
• Measures and reports website performance against key performance indicators and goals.
• Builds detailed project plans with timelines and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
• Optimizes digital user experience and uses data and analytics to evaluate customer experience across digital channels and customer touchpoints.
• Ensures that all materials adhere to brand and design standards of the company and that they promote a consistent and positive image.
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Proficient using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and WordPress
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Collaborative and a strong team player
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience/Education required:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience successfully managing marketing websites
• Experience with modern content management and marketing automation systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
• The ability to set up and automate workflows in HubSpot is a plus
• Design, copywriting, and basic CSS & HTML coding skills
• Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to update plugins and WordPress updates

Travel

Requires <10% travel.

Posted Office Hours

Monday – Friday: 8AM – 5PM (CST)
