*J.Crew is hiring temporary part-time and full-time roles through a local staffing agency. These positions have the opportunity to be hired on directly with J.Crew based on business needs and performance/attendance.*

Temp Associates have the opportunity to earn:
$100 for any full 6th day worked
$100 for any full 7th day worked
$150 stay bonus paid to every temp associate still employed with us 30 days

WORK SCHEDULES:
Part-time:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1st shift or 2nd shift
Monday-Friday 10am-3pm or 6pm-11pm
Full-time:
Monday-Friday 5am-3pm or 4pm-2am
Additional hours available on Saturday or Sunday based on business hours

DESCRIPTION:

• Picks/packs, inspects, ships merchandise to customers
• Accurately performs data entry via PC/RF
• Achieves production (UPH) standards in all areas
• Achieves quality (IQA) standards in all areas
• Works with team members in support of process improvements and cost reductions
• Understands team objectives within assigned work area
• Applies basic skills and procedural knowledge within assigned work area
• Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Must be able to assist in any area of merchandise processing during busy period
• Must be able to:
• Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, stoop for up to 10 hours at a time
• Climb stairs
• Stand for duration of work shift and walk/move continuously
• Work around moving machinery/equipment (i.e. a sorter)
• Adjust to climate changes; hot and cold extremes may occur in warehouse
• Perform frequent/reoccurring movement (folding, hanging clothing, packing, closing, ticketing, wrapping, etc.)
• Lift up to 50 pounds several times per day; weight requirements may vary within work areas; perform overhead lifting as necessary
• Work comfortably on open platform/loft areas that are elevated to a second or third story level

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic math skills
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Ability to work independently or in team as assigned
• Quality conscious and detail oriented
• Understand and follow verbal or written instructions
• Some positions require the ability to use and read measuring tools, ex. tape measure
• Flexibility - may be required to work in other areas, overtime or extended hours
