Warehouse Associate

CoolBreeze Beverages of Tampa Bay is looking for a new team member to help with our growth!

We are a beverage supply company specializing in frozen beverages, equipment and servicing, but also sell coffee, soft drinks, teas and other beverage related products.

This position is a warehouse coordinator, M-F part-time for appx 25-35 hours per week. Our warehouse has all the necessary equipment needed for efficient operation. You will be in daily contact with the Internet/OPS Manager.

Our office is located between Brandon and Downtown Tampa in the Palm River/Clair Mel area, so please consider the commute when applying.

Daily tasks would include

• Help our delivery and service techs load and unload their vans
• Tracking incoming and outgoing product, parts and supplies
• Inventory management, restocking
• Cleaning the warehouse (sweeping, cleaning the vans weekly)
• Pulling/restocking inventory as needed for orders
• Packaging product for shipment via designated carriers
• Vehicle maintenance scheduling, weekly inspections

An ideal candidate would

• Be an early bird! Your day will start at 5:30 am, with our drivers and service techs arriving to start their days at 6 am.
• Have good time management and the ability to prioritize a task list to work efficiently
• Be able to lift boxes up to 45lbs
• Have good attention to detail, and good organization to communicate quickly and efficiently
• Someone looking to help us grow our company, willing to come to work ready to work, willing to take direction and implement changes as necessary to meet new demands of the industry
• Able to lead by example, and take charge of a situation
• Familiar with technology, specifically iOS/ MacOS/ as a lot of our work is done on Apple computers/iPhones/iPads
• Likes to learn new things, we’re always changing for the better!
• Able and willing to work in an open warehouse environment - We have a fully stocked water fridge in the warehouse, and a second in the office, cold bottles of water available all day every day.

Although this position is initially for part time, as we grow and expand further across the country in physical, and e-commerce markets, the ideal candidate would be able to grow into a full time position, learning new tasks and duties.

Salary: $10.00 to $14.00 /hour
