* Oversee and manage Sales Managers and their teams to effectively increase sales productivity.
* Assist upper management with the day to day operations and decisions.
* Strong knowledge of communication solutions offered by various manufacturers.
* Oversee Sales Managers to ensure they are effectively supporting their team
* Identify valuable emerging markets
* Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
