Virtual Recruiter Assistant

Our company Azier Recruiting is looking for a assistant to help us recruit candidates statewide and to identify new talent for our workforce. As our employees are our #1 resource, we recognize the importance of this position and are prepared to value the skills you bring to it. We are looking for a virtual recruiter to work off of commission.This is not a base salary job. Make around 1k-2k per hire.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as our representative to prospective applicants whose skills and talents we've identified as being able to add value to our organization.
• Contact potential applicants via phone or email.
• Post jobs on ziprecruiter, indeed or any job board
• Recruit,Screen,email
   

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required
 

• Past experience and/or interviewing job candidates
• Have job posting access to job boards like indeed or ziprecruiter
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Past experience in recruitment and hiring
