VIP Host

VIP Hosts are responsible for booking tables and creating guest lists at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club. The VIP Host is responsible for negotiating table minimums and seating tables during the shift at the appropriate table minimum established by management. Additionally, the VIP Host will be responsible for but not limited to numerous other marketing activities such as email blasts, hotel outreach, nightclub outreach, completing and maintaining a hotel book from assigned hotels, collecting business cards, and meeting social media requirements. During the course of the shift, the VIP Host will interact with guests in a number of ways, including: seating guests according to the established table minimum schedule, answering questions about the Hustler Club and communicating minimums and special information about each table with the cocktail server. VIP Hosts are responsible for presenting themselves as a positive reflection of the Hustler Club while also marketing to potential customers.
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

• Acts as an ambassador of The Hustler Club, marketing The Hustler Club and all products offered to the targeted customer base.
• Actively markets The Hustler Club through available social media outlets.
• Is aware of the impact individual behavior will have on The Hustler Club as a whole, presents oneself as a public relations agent at all times.
• Collects customer information for The Hustler Club’s database, while constantly striving to increase the size of personal clientele.
• Constantly provides customers with accurate information about The Hustler Club as well as the entertainment offered .
• Has the ability to effectively communicate table minimums and cover charge with potential guests in a positive manor.
• Grows revenue by maximizing available space and upholding table minimums and cover charge at all times.
• Develops a strong relationship with casino marketing department, generating incremental business inside of The Hustler Club.
• Welcomes and entertains all Guests to The Hustler Club professionally and courteously, according to the established sequence of service.
• Provide a continuous party atmosphere with the best service and entertainment.
• Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guests needs. Work with the same degree of urgency to assist other team members when the opportunity arises.
• Maintains knowledge of the floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly and consistently per management’s instruction.
• Communicates with management, hosts and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guests needs and requests.
• A minimum of 1-year of experience in a high volume, service focused environment preferred.
• Must possess an in depth working knowledge of social media marketing.
• Self-motivated, constantly striving to improve knowledge of marketing, and VIP Services.
• Possess the ability to work as part of a team.
• Must exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be professional, organized and courteous at all times.
• Must possess knowledge of basic math, including the ability to use a calculator.
• Able to write and speak in a confident manor.
• Must be able to maintain excellent customer service skills while maintaining high service standards in a stressful, constantly changing work environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment as outlined by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Must be fluent in the English language, both written and oral. Multilingual skills are a plus.
• A Nevada non gaming card, alcohol awareness card and a health card are required
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be neat and clean in appearance and physically fit to perform the duties required.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift and work inside assigned bar area in the venue.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
• Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
