Vice President of Construction

The Celerity Group is currently seeking a Vice President of Commercial Construction for an outstanding opportunity to be based in Nashville, TN.

Job Skills & Qualifications - Required

• Bachelor's Degree - Construction/Engineering or Related Field
• MBA is a plus
• PMP is a plus
• 10+ Years in Commercial Construction Management
• Experience in managing multiple large commercial building projects in excess of $20m.
• Experience in client and vendor/subcontractor relations
• Experience in assembling exceptional project teams
• Strong verbal communication skills
