Veterinary Assitant

West Hills Animal Hospital is looking to hire experienced people who love furry friends just as much as we do. This practice is a 24 hour location with a lot going on throughout the day as well as the night. As a family practice, we like to treat each patient as if they are our own. Not only will you build relationships with the animals, but also be able to build relationships with our clients'.

Key Requirements:

• Able to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Be comfortable with handling animals of all species' and sizes
• Knowledge of different animal medications
• Build relationships with clients and peers
• Have good computer skills

West Hills Animal Hospital is conveniently located on Long Island in Huntington, NY.  We are proud to serve the pets of both Nassau and Suffolk County.  We are fully staffed around the clock, 365 days a year (including all holidays) with veterinarians and nurses to treat your pet when needed.  Board-Certified Veterinary Specialists are available for consultations by appointment.
