Responsibilities and Duties
Seeking a energetic and friendly female/male Attendant for Concession Trailers

• Greeting customers and providing a fun energetic experience during their visit.
• Interacting on company social media during business downtime.
• Travel 100% of the time.
• Educate customers on menu items and answer any questions they ask and make recommendations accordingly
• Set-up the stand – ensure correct quantities of stock, proper temperatures, efficient running equipment and food handling procedures
• Take orders while paying attention to details (i.e. extras,)
• Receiving customer orders and preparing food to their specifications
• Grilling, cooking, prepping and frying foods
• Beverage and Garnish Prep
• Cook food pre/during event – pre-event food is cooked ½ hour before gates open to ensure freshness. Amount of food prepared must be consistent with projected attendance levels. Managers will provide guidance for cooks to follow
• Rotating food and labeling the time and date on the food in the coolers
• Cleaning food preparation equipment and areas
• At the end of the event – ensure food is properly stored (proper temperature, labeled, etc.)
• Clean all utensils and equipment after use and turn off grills and any other equipment
• DRAMA & DRUG FREE
• Punctual
• Energetic

Qualifications and Skills

MUST be 17 or over

The ability to multi-task, work quickly, and efficiently

Strong communication, team working, and customer service skills.

Good sense of judgement when problem solving

ServSafe Certification is preferred

Previous 2-3 year knowledge New Mexican Foods and Beverages preferred or willing to learn.

Heavy social media presence also a plus.
Must have Real ID to fly.

Willing to relocate for the season**We provide one way flight ticket to MD. You are responsible for flight back home.**

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 hour **Straight Time Pay**
**PLUS Bonus after each events**

Note: 

The Company provides transportation which you are required to provide a valid drivers license if you are going to drive any transportation vehicles. The Company will only provide sleeping quarters during travel events. You are responsible for your meals and other living expenses. Anything in-between events the company will not pay for living expense, transportation and sleeping quarters.

We have a Zero Tolerance policy. If you are terminated with cause, you will be responsible for your own accommodation to get home as we will not offer to pay any accommodation after termination. You are also responsible for your trip back home as we will not provide any more accommodation or expense.
