·       Number of Beds - 53 BEDS
·       Number of Staff – Shift dependent
·       Type of staff: Physicians, Surgeons, Neurologists, clinical coordinators, Directors, Charge RN, RN’s
o   Day Shift –1 Charge RN, Clinical Coordinator, 5-9 RN’s that are flexed depending on volume, CNA’s, Paramedics and Techs
o   Night Shift - 1 Charge RN, 5-9 RN’s that are flexed depending on volume, CAN’s, Paramedics and Techs
·       Patient Ratios – 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, will be asked to float to like Unit’s
 

Typical hiring profile

 

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·       BLS, ACLS, PALS, 2-3 years current acute ED experience
