Job Responsibilities

• Discuss possible vacation options with clients and make suggestions on destinations, transportation methods and lodging possibilities, depending on the clients’ interests.
• Complete reservations for clients for flights, car rentals, rail travel, hotel lodging and resort bookings while ensuring the client’s requirements are met.
• Inform clients' about new destinations, resorts, activities and vacation options by informing them of details about features, benefits and experiences available.
• Ensure top earning potential by selling various packages that include hotel, car and airline tickets or other combinations.
• Coordinate payment schedules for vacation packages or other trip deposits with clients’ and process payments via credit card or debit card.  Must follow guidelines set in place for credit card authorization processing.
• Off potential clients a price quote for any type of destination package, airline ticket or hotel stay.
• Organize itinerary materials for clients by documenting information related to plane tickets, hotel bookings or any other paperwork.  If payment plan in place, schedule on calendar and follow up with client for payment when it becomes due.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Must enjoy helping people
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be adept or at least enthusiastic about using social media

We are travel agents working for a host travel agency out of La Crescenta California, they’ve been in business 67 years licensed and bonded and we are able to book travel, concerts, sporting events and amusement park tickets over the entire world.
