Title Processor

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct pre, post and closing activities.
• Produce Lender Closing Disclosure, ALTA Settlement Statement, and HUD1
• Clear title, collect, review and organize closing documents
• Complete real estate escrow for purchase, sale, or refinance transactions
• Clearing title; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents
• Balance and set up disbursement of funds
• Understanding lender’s instructions and determine escrow requirements
• Timely respond and communicate with all parties involved in the transaction
• Provide high quality customer service to a diverse community
• Conduct recordation and disburse funds as instructed

Qualifications: 

• At lease 2-year experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents associated with closing
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate and present at every stage of closing
• Experience with customer service
• Experience with closing software including E-Closing, SoftPro, Qualia
• Title Processor license (preferred not required)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and experience with time management
• Virginia Notary Commission (preferred not required)
