Summary: The main function of this Test Engineer is for the development of automated test cases.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support by testing, verifying, and validating telematics components, more specifically related to adaptive user identification systems.
· Write and run automated test scripts, report errors, support documentation and traces, and promptly communicate technical and quality related issues obtained from the testing, validation and verification process to MBRDNA.
· Organize and participate in kick-off/wrap-up meetings.
· Collaborate with external partners, and travel up to 4 weeks per year as needed.
Responsible for the development of automated testing using Python and C# or JAVA.
Ability to work independently and without regular management to determine tasks, priorities, focus, and execute.
Skills/Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Test Engineer Experience.
· Experience in the development, testing, and validation of embedded electronic systems in the automotive or consumer electronics industries, or similar.
· Ability to write testing scripts in Python and C#.
· Java experience is preferred.
· Strong team player.
· Bayesian Statistics knowledge a plus.
· Experience in the automotive industry a plus.
· Bachelor of Science in Mathematics or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study.
