Territory Merchandiser

Lawrence Merchandising Services (LMS) is seeking a Full-time Territory Merchandiser (TM). The TM is responsible for in-store execution within their local territory by building and maintaining relationships with our retail partners, installing promotional signage, confirming price adherence, count in-store inventory, assist selling in and building out fixtures, rotate and reset product and complete in-store surveys.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate reporting of In-store execution of product positioning, shelf space, pricing, and merchandising. Assemble and install display racks and back bar sets. POS and other collateral will be mailed to your residence for installation at store. 
• Scheduling store visit routing.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through category, product and financial awareness and education.
• High level of organization and attention to detail required to execute strategic plans and initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with your assigned territory to drive business results.
• Engaging in product training, demos, consumer awareness, branding and acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2-5 years retail merchandising experience.
• Possess a valid drivers’ license and the ability to maintain automobile liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation with the ability to drive 50 miles or more per day.
• Strong communication, analytics and organizational skills required – must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
