We're looking for Junior & Associate Brokers with local knowledge of the Austin market and a true drive to succeed in the world of Commercial Real Estate. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, willing to implement software and believes in building a supportive and collaborative culture.
At Elevate, our brokers are supported by a multi-functional team and digital workflows that have been designed to maximize operational efficiencies, increase collaboration and improve the entire transactional experience from start to finish.
Business Development: Our brokers are talented and strategic in business development and procuring new clients. We recognize and reward brokers who drive new client business into the firm and expect this from our broker team. Our brokers are engaged with the business and tech community in Austin and are proactive with community engagement and efforts to prospect for new clients.
Client Consulting: Our brokers serve as consultants for Elevate clients. Our broker team members engage with clients in a consultative fashion to gain a deep understanding of what the client needs from their facilities. The broker must then be engaged with our proven transaction process to identify the right space, negotiate deal terms, introduce the right team of contractors and service providers, facilitate a successful lease execution, and oversee construction of the tenant improvements.
Negotiation IQ: Our brokers are highly-skilled negotiators with a high Emotional IQ. Brokers must add value to the client by leading negotiation of deal terms within the lease. Our clients lease obligations can exceed $10 Million in total rent obligations and effective negotiations can have a very large and quantifiable monetary value to the client.
Process-Oriented Growth: Elevate has put great effort to develop processes, tools, and internal roles that allow incredible outcomes for our clients. Our brokers adopt our process and our tools which allows Elevate to deliver the best client experience in the CRE industry.
Experience-Focused: Outcomes and client experience are Elevated with collaboration. Required Skills & Development
◼︎ At least 1-2 years prior experience working in commercial real estate(we are always happy to talk to motivated individuals who have less than the required experience)
◼︎ Prior outbound sales experience a plus.
