Job Responsibilities:
- Owning and executing the technical vision and roadmap of the company to achieve the reliability and scalability needed for its enterprise software
- Working with the team to scope and prioritize features
- Evaluating and experimenting with existing APIs and new technologies in order to take advantage of the rapid innovation in the fintech and blockchain ecosystems
- Scaling the engineering team while managing processes, performance, and culture
- Reporting to the CEO to help shape the strategic direction of the company
Qualifications:
- Experience successfully leading and scaling an engineering team while maintaining a collaborative culture.
- Strength in building relationships, effectively communicating, and driving consensus with internal leadership
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Experience building backend services (Java)
- Lead native App architecture design and development
