Position 1: Technical Support Engineer - Exchange

  • Experience of Exchange Server (2000, 2007, 2010, 2013) with active directory.
  • Designing Implementation and Administration of MS Exchange server 2000,2007,2010,2013
  • Migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 & Exchange 2013
  • Good General Administration Concepts.
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts.
  • Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft outlook) and server side.
  •  

Position 2 : Technical Support Engineer - Skype

 

  • Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS and networking concepts.
  • Good Networking concepts.
  • Good knowledge on Skype for business (On-premise) deployment, configuration and Topology.
  • Good knowledge on Skype for business architecture.
  • Idea on Skype architecture.
  • knowledge on SFB PSTN voice concept.
  • Good knowledge Skype for business client sign-in process.
  • Troubleshoot Skype for business issues for customers.
  • Collect uccapi logs, analyze logs using snooper, wireshark, netmon , fiddler traces, CLS logs and SCOM.
  • Fair knowledge on Unified messaging.

 

Position 3 : Technical Support Engineer - Office

 

  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA and Word VBA will be an added plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office troubleshooting
  • Understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and WAM (Office Web Accounts Manager)
  • Good knowledge of Database "know How": MS Access, MS SQL
  • Experience in network operations, software support or I.T. consulting.
  • Candidates must also have strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in log analysis (Process monitor, Network monitor)
