Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide support to hospitals working with Surgeons in the operating room
  • Provide field support for products and services for the company's End Users
  • Perform product trials, in coordination with hospitals
  • Perform installation of equipment and training for End Users and Distributors
     

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Hands-on support and service experience in health-care or medical device industry
  • Knowledgeable in computer and network administration
  • Technical competence in using and trouble-shooting medical devices/computers
  • Familiarity with operating room etiquette and medical imaging standards
  • Excellent telephone, communication, and writing skills
  • Willing to Travel
  • Limited X-Ray Tech or Experience with Imaging and anatomy a plus. 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and SalesForce.com

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of medical experience
