StaffBuffalo is actively working with one of our phenomenal manufacturing clients in Lancaster, NY to hire a Technical Sales Support Associate, paying $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. This Technical Sales Support Associate will work to support the sales team through a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks. They will be responsible for several duties including project management, customer service, purchase orders, quarterly and annual reporting, client payments, data entry, and general sales support. They will be expected to transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, provide customer quotes, assist with product sourcing, fulfill sample requests, and attend trade shows as needed. It is imperative that this Technical Sales Support Associate has exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong problem resolution, relationship management, and active listening skills.
