System Engineer Patch Management (Remote)

Job Description:

As a System Engineer specializing in Patch Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems across geographically dispersed enterprise environments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong experience with Microsoft System Center and Intune software deployment solutions at an enterprise level.
• Act as a subject matter expert in system administration tools, including SCCM, Microsoft O365, and Active Directory Management tools.
• Serve as the SCCM administration representative, responsible for software package creation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with a technical team on daily tasks, performance monitoring, ticket workload, and various projects/initiatives.
• Conduct reporting and analysis on all initiatives and ongoing projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMS (Azure AD, Intune, Bitlocker).
• Implement best practices and optimize systems with the most up-to-date software.
• Ensure detailed documentation creation and roadmaps.
• Showcase proficiency in patch management, automation, and PowerShell scripts.

Service Line Management:

• Implement and update ongoing performance plans, developing measurable metrics.
• Effectively communicate expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraisal of projects.
• Enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
