Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to discover property desires
Find properties that meet client’s needs
Act as intermediary between seller and potential buyer
Assist clients in choosing mortgage options that meet their needs.
Able to create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance sales
Present purchase offers to sellers
Consistently network and market to prospects for new customers
Qualifications:
Must have accomplished a minimum of 5 transactions within the last year
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Florida Licensed Real Estate agent
