Should have broad and deep subject matter knowledge in either Coffee/Astrology/Sailing/Legal/Accounts
Keeps himself / herself abreast about latest trends & developments in the domain.
Clearly displays passion about the domain.
Has a thorough domain knowledge, understands the facts, concepts, theories, and principles related to the domain.
Understands the needs of the target audience & consumers in the domain
Should be able to judge relevance of content and original material for core consumers. Should be able to tell if the responses to a given query would provide relevant answers to other experts in the field.
Ability to bring day-to-day experience to the subject matter– both content and its context for the business.
