Stylist

Apricot Lane Legacy Boutique is looking for a part-time stylist to join our team at the Shops at Legacy location in west Plano, TX. Apricot Lane Legacy is a locally owned, women's fashion boutique featuring fashion-forward apparel, the hottest trends, accessories, and gifts. We are looking for experienced, fun, fashionable and talented individuals who are dedicated to delivering a unique and captivating experience to our customers.

The successful Stylist has a strong eye for fashion, works well with a team to drive sales, creates experiences that establish loyalty, and build customer relationships. They must also be outgoing and have a love for styling and helping people to look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Manage guest relationships and provide client-book follow up
• Performs various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments and counting money
• Recommend merchandise selections or help locate merchandise based on customer needs
• Working alone or in cooperative team setting to ensure daily goals are met
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards
• Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance
• Evening, weekend and holiday work required
• Other duties as assigned/required

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience preferred
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Proactive and creative problem-solving ability
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to be on the feet most of the day, or moving on the sales floor or stock room
• Flexibility, adaptability
