Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and monitor individualized strength and conditioning programs.
• Assist the PT/I with rehabilitation program exercises.
• Perform postural and biomechanical analysis to assist with identifying contributing factors relating to faulty movement patterns.
• Utilize the results of tactile and functional movement assessments to make recommendations concerning corrective exercise strategies.
• Provide guidance to help prevent injury and to maximize the operator’s physical conditioning and performance.
• Participate in periodic meetings to review the care provided to operators and identify opportunities for improvement
• Serve as an advisor to the designated representative in matters related to injury prevention, sports medicine and rehabilitation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with elite level athletes within the SOF community, (NCAA), or professional sporting ranks.
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited exercise science health science, or physical education-related discipline.
• Current certifications by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Shall have a current certification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to include Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
• Must be a US Citizen.
