Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales person to join our team in the Human Resources consultancy industry. As a Salesperson, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting our HR products and services, building strong relationships with prospects, and closing sales deals.

Commission Structure

  • This position offers a commission-only structure starting at 30%, with the added benefit of provided leads. Your earnings potential is directly correlated with your ability to convert these leads into successful deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of potential customers to present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the benefits of our HR products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by continuously prospecting and following up with leads.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Human Resources industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with clients at various levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and compellingly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also being a team player.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to track progress and manage customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Utilize provided leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Leverage market research and industry trends to tailor sales strategies
  • Present and promote our products and services effectively
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals with potential clients
  • Provide outstanding customer service and address client inquiries promptly
