Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for a Machine Learning solution.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection.
• Apply various Machine Learning algorithms and Generative AI techniques to solve business problems
• Develop and implement efficient MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for training and serving ML and Large Language models
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of models, identify and address potential issues, and implement improvements.
• Document design decisions, technical specifications, establish and adhere to code quality best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team
• Work closely with external SMEs and vendors to partner on execution, and get knowledge-transfer on exit to ensure key subject matter expertise is retained and preserved within DTCC
• Execution of projects at a rapid pace with the ability to multi-task and pivot as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and LLMs.
• Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Machine Learning
